End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Crime Simulator Studio ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Crime Simulator ("Software") for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.1 Permitted Uses

You may:

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Make one backup copy of the Software for archival purposes
• Use the Software in accordance with any documentation provided

1.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the Software for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Create derivative works based on the Software

2. Fictional Content and Disclaimer

By using this Software, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The game content does not promote, encourage, or provide instruction for real criminal activities
• All depicted activities are fictional and should not be replicated in real life
• The Software is intended solely for entertainment and gaming purposes
• You will not use the game content as inspiration or guidance for illegal activities
• You understand the difference between fictional game content and real-world behavior

3. Age Restrictions and Mature Content

Crime Simulator contains mature content and is intended for players aged 18 and above. The game includes:

• Simulated criminal activities
• Violence and action sequences
• Adult themes and situations
• Strong language

By installing and using this Software, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Software.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software and all related materials, including but not limited to:

• Source code and object code
• Graphics, artwork, and animations
• Sound effects and music
• Game mechanics and design
• Documentation and user manuals

are owned by Crime Simulator Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software
• You must delete all copies of the Software in your possession
• We may disable your access to online features
